Thanks Dave I did know of them buildings from the out lines of maps and google earth, But the buildings were not great importance as to the more important one of the pump or engine house it self, that it would then just seemed as mentioned as Air vent on this gr8t site . TBH I never clicked on the pin for that air vent were the pump house was, I iust think that better named or clarification in that post . thanks for your quick responce back in last reply on Redbrook pump house or engine house or whatever the Standedge tunnel air vent best known as.
Hi the article mentions the building of Redbrook as demolished, It is still strongly there and is Grade II listed, List Entry Number:1224052. It is of great significance as to the pits that it encompasses.
