Hi , Joe died at the POW hospital in Trelon . ( not Frelon )

Many thanks, Mr Sykes! The typo unfortunately appears in J. Margaret Stansfield’s book (page 421). Many of the entries in her book were researched from historic newspaper articles, so the typo might originate in a contemporary article.
